What we store
Your email address — it is also your sign-in. Your name, if you gave one. What you bought and what is open to you. Where you stopped in a lesson, your notes and questions. Minutes studied. Coin entries.
All of it is what makes the cabinet work: without a record of where you stopped there is nowhere to return to.
What we do not store
Card details. They never pass through the school at all: the provider takes the payment and we receive only the fact of it.
Your password in readable form. Only an irreversible digest is stored, from which the password cannot be recovered.
Who sees your data
You, and the school staff who need it for support. Other students see neither your purchases, nor your progress, nor your notes — that is enforced by database access rules, not by a promise.
Who we share it with
The payment provider, to take payment. The video platform, to show the lesson. The database and email providers, to make it all run. Nobody else: your data is not sold and not passed to advertisers.
Service email — address confirmation, password reset, payment receipts — always arrives: the service cannot be used without it. Newsletters about new courses go out only if you agreed, and every one carries an unsubscribe link.
Deletion
Write to [email protected] and we will delete your account and personal data. Payment records have to be kept — accounting requires it.
