Painting courses are sold by AURUM ART MARKET. You can reach us at [email protected].
What exactly you are buying
Two different offers, and they are worth telling apart.
A single course. A one-off payment. Access opens right after payment and stays yours permanently — it does not lapse if you stop paying for anything else.
The Aurum Club membership. A recurring payment: monthly, six-monthly or yearly. While it runs, the entire published catalogue is open, including courses released during that time. When the paid period ends, membership access closes — but courses bought separately remain.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on course pages and on the membership page, in Canadian dollars. Payment goes through a payment provider; card details are never passed to the school and never stored by it.
Renewal
Renewing adds time on top of what is left rather than resetting it: renewing a week before the period ends does not lose that week.
Refunds
The period during which a refund can be requested: 14. Send refund requests to [email protected].
On a refund, access to what was paid for closes: a course bought with the refunded payment stops opening, and a membership ends on the day of the refund rather than at the end of the period.
What you may not do
Record, download or redistribute the lesson videos. The lessons are years of the teachers' work and are protected technically. Your account address is shown over the video — not to watch you, but to deter resale.
